(Colorado) Historical Map of Early Colorado with portraits of distinguished leaders and portrayals...,
A beautiful historical study of the state from its pioneer time. The surrounding decorative border stretches back over local history from the death of Comanche chieftain Cuerno Verde at the hands of the Spanish at Greenhorn Creek in 1779 to the first arrival of a train to Denver in July of 1870. Notes the trails and paths throughout the state, as well as points of interest. Condition is very good.
