A Map of French Settlements in North America

Kitchin issued this map to draw attention to the French Settlements in Canada and along the Mississippi that had now completely blocked the British into a small amount of land along the Atlantic coastline. Thus the map locates many French and Indian settlements along the Mississippi and in Canada. Its rendition of the Great Lakes is excellent. It is a very scarce map. Jolly, D.C. (Brit Per) LOND-28.
