It's been haled as the first modern personal computer and the foundation to a computing empire that would rise from be one of the largest companies of the time. This modern reprint of the hand wired, hand assembled Apple-1 computer shows the simple beginnings and unique insights of Steve Wozniak. He had offered the idea for this computer to his then employer, Hewlett Packard, but was declined and finally took to making it himself. Building 200 of the units which included a compatibility for a CRT Tv and for a keyboard, it was a step forward that would see him selling all but 25 of them with his partner Steve Jobs. This signed by Steve Wozniak himself, and including a certificate of authenticity.
Selling initially for $666.66, one of these original computers sold at auction in 2014 for a staggering $905,000.
